Behind the successful technological breakthrough, it is inseparable from the continuous promotion and implementation of intellectualization and informatization upgrading and transformation by enterprises. Since last year, Chongqing Daquan Tailai Electric Co., Ltd. has invested more than 11million yuan to purchase multiple sets of intelligent production equipment, such as robot automatic bending, automatic loading and unloading of CNC punch, etc. on the basis of factory automation productivity of more than 90%, it has also realized the independent production of the key raw material "sheet metal" required by the enterprise's own production, which can save about 10million yuan of production cost on average every year. In the second half of this year, the enterprise will also launch a new MES system to truly realize digital production and information management.
